Find a Space
- Search our properties here. If you need help getting started, we have area guides and property types to help narrow the search.
- Our team is here to guide you through the key things you need to think about, such as the size of the space, utilities, and access needs.
- Simply enquire online or give us a call on 0800 830 840 and one of our friendly team will arrange a viewing for you when you’d like.
- A leasing manager will meet you at the property to show you around and answer any questions you might have. After the viewing we'll send you a note highlighting the Key Terms for leasing the property.
Make an offer
- We hope you will love what you see and choose to lease the space.
- We can then work together to complete the necessary paperwork. This may include undertaking credit checks and agreeing deposits.
- You will be asked to show limited extra identification including, proof of address.
Become a customer
- We have a short, simple, standardised agreement. It makes it easy to understand the terms and conditions for leasing one of our spaces.
- Once signed you will be given the keys, and the space will be ready for you to move into quickly. Often in as little as 4 weeks.
- After you move in, your Property Manager will meet you at your property and answer any questions you have. Our Customer Handbook provides a guide on how to occupy your space.
