We hope you will love what you see. If you want to move forward, we'll work together to complete the paperwork. This will include credit checks, agreeing deposits, and proof of address.

Move in
Our agreements are short, standardised and written simply. Once signed the keys to your new business space are yours! You can typically move within four weeks.

Available on The Arch Company’s Standard Occupation Agreement typically 6 years with a flexible rolling 6-month break clause.
